ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

THE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION FOR CLASS 11 (ALL STREAMS) FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25 IS OPEN.

THE REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE FROM 9th January 2024(10:00 AM Onwards).

Phase 4 – Provisionally selected candidates for classes Nursery, LKG & UKG for the session 2024-25

Fees to be paid online from 20.12.2023 (AFTER 05:00 PM) to 07.01.2024 (TILL 10:00 PM).

Steps to pay the fees online:

Step 1: Login to the payment portal: https://45.79.198.82:8443/hrclIRP/startup.do

Step 2: Enter the User code and Password you have used at the time of Registration.

Step 3: Select Student Console & then online payment of Fees.

After payment, kindly select the Student Console and then Generate Admission Form and Challan and keep a copy of the same for later reference.    

Admission formalities are to be completed only after the payment of fees and the following documents must be submitted to the Junior School Office at 18/1, Royd Street from 11TH JANUARY, 2024 TO 25TH JANUARY, 2024 between 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

  1. HARD COPY OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
  2. COPY OF RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.
  3. XEROX COPY OF K.M.C. BIRTH CERTIFICATE DULY ATTESTED BY ANY GAZETTED OFFICER.
  4. REPORT CARD OF LAST CLASS. (FOR LKG & UKG)
  5. ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL. (IF AVAILABLE)
  6. BAPTISM / DEDICATION CERTIFICATE (FOR CAT ‘A’)
  7. INCOME PROOF OF BOTH PARENTS (LATEST SALARY SLIP OR INCOME TAX RETURNS).
  8. UNDERTAKING TO BE RETYPED ON RUPEES TEN STAMP PAPER AND SIGNED BY A NOTARY PUBLIC. (Click here to download the undertaking)

 

FEES ONCE PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Steps to pay the fees online:

Step 3: Select Student Console & then online payment of Fees.

THE PHASE 2 REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION FOR CLASSES NURSERY, LKG & UKG FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25 IS OPEN.

Admission to Nursery:

For admission to Nursery class forms are available from September. Children are taken in at the age of 3+ in April. The Birth Certificate and Hospital Discharge Certificate along with Income Certificate/Salary Slip of the parent must be produced at the time of interview. Some seats are reserved for Anglo-Indian children.

Admission to classes KG to IX:

For admission in classes KG to IX applications are accepted in the month of February, subject to the availability of vacancy.

Admission to class XI:

For admission into class XI, forms are available after the board exams are over. Selection exam results must be enclosed with the admission form.
