NOTICE FOR PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES

Fees to be paid online from 21.05.2025 (AFTER 05:00 PM) to 27.05.2025 (TILL 10:00 PM).

Steps to pay the fees online:

Step 1: Login to the payment portal: https://45.79.198.82:8443/hrclIRP/startup.do

Step 2: Enter the User code and Password you have used at the time of Registration.

Step 3: Select Student Console & then online payment of Fees.

After payment, kindly select the Student Console and then Generate Admission Form and Challan and keep a copy of the same for later reference.    

Admission formalities are to be completed only after the payment of fees and the following documents must be submitted to: –

  • The Junior School Office at 18/1, Royd Street (for classes Nur, LKG, UKG, 1-5 & Special Unit) by 05th JUNE, 2025 between 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
  • The Senior School Office at 125/1, Park Street (for classes 6 -11) by 05th JUNE, 2025 between 02:30 pm to 03:30 pm.
  1. Hard copy of the online application form.
  2. Copy of receipt of full payment.
  3. Xerox copy of the birth certificate duly attested by any gazetted officer. (click here to view the Gazetted Officers list)
  4. Baptism / dedication certificate (for cat ‘a’)
  5. Original transfer certificate from the previous school.
  6. Income proof of both parents (latest salary slip or income tax returns).
  7. Last year’s report card.
  8. Admit Card (class 10) – for class 11 only.
  9. One – Passport Size photo of the candidate.
  10. Medical documents (only for Special Unit).
  11. Undertaking to be retyped on rupees ten stamp paper and signed by a notary public. (click here to download the undertaking)

 

FEES ONCE PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE
