The Inter House Bengali Debate for classes IX to XII was held on 29 th June, 2018. Two speakers from each of the four houses deliberated upon a socially relevant topic with reason and poise. Hogan house secured the first position while Greisen house stood second.
28th June 2018
Prefects’ Investiture was held on 28th June. Fifteen prefects formed the Prefectorial Body for the academic session 2018-19.
This was followed by Felicitation of One-Pointers where certificates and medals were awarded to one-pointers of ICSE and ISC examinations.
Mr. John Andrew Bagul, Principal of South City International School was the Chief Guest for the programme.

The 158th birth anniversary of the Noble Laureate Rabindranath Tagore was celebrated in school on 8th May. This year students enacted Taasher Desh, Tagore’s famed dance drama. Written in 1933, the play takes a satirical look at tyranny and autocracy while upholding freedom of thoughts and speech. Teachers presented a song.

The Inter-House English Elocution Contest for classes 3 to 5 was held on the 4th of May. Greenaway house won the contest. Soham Chatterjee of Greenaway house was adjudged the best elocutionist.
