Very Important – A must read for all stake holders
- Fees are to be paid by the 15th of every month. No reminder/intimation for fee payment will be sent.
- Transfer certificates will be issued after all dues are cleared and TC applications will be accepted only with ONE FULL CALENDAR MONTH’S NOTICE or in lieu of a month’s fees.
- If a child attends even a day of school in the session and parents have paid the session fees and monthly tuition fee. Fees paid will not be refunded.
- If a child attends even a day of school in the session then his\ her parents will have to pay the session fees for the year and tuition fees for the corresponding month to get any documents from the school.
- Pupils of our school who register for grade 11 and later decide to take a transfer to any other institution will have to pay the initial registration fee and then only a TC and other documents will be issued. This is non-negotiable.
- After 2 consecutive months of fees default, the defaulter’s name will be struck off our students’ records and the defaulter will be admitted only after paying the late fee plus the readmission fees plus pending fees.
- Fees for February and March will have to be paid by the 15th of February 2023.
- The school doesn’t have any sponsorship or concession schemes.
- No documents will be issued to any fee defaulters.
- TC and migration certificate applications are to be made ONLINE ONLY.
- CCA, notebooks, textbooks, stationary and uniform charges are not included in the revised fee structure.
- No child will be permitted to begin a new session / new term unless all arrears due or his / her account have been cleared in full before the commencement of a new session / new term.
- After September 15th 2022 no late fines/readmission fees will be waived off as enough reminders and notices have been sent in the past five months.
- Fees defaulters will have their virtual classrooms suspended.
