Fees to be paid online: –

  • Classes 6-9 from 21-04-2022 to 25-04-2022
  • Class 11 from 26-04-2022 to 06-05-2022

 

Steps to pay the fees online:

Step 1: Login to the payment portal: agck.campuscare.info

Step 2: Enter the User Id and Password you have received at the time of Registration.

Step 3: Select Pay and proceed to pay.

Admission formalities to be completed only after the payment of fees and the following documents must be submitted to the Senior School Vice Principal’s Office at 125/1, Park Street by 28th April, 2022 (Classes 6-9) & by 12th May, 2022 (Class 11) between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM (School is closed on Saturdays & Sundays).

  1. HARD COPY OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
  2. COPY OF RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.
  3. XEROX COPY OF K.M.C. BIRTH CERTIFICATE DULY ATTESTED BY ANY GAZETTED OFFICER.
  4. INCOME PROOF OF BOTH PARENTS (LATEST SALARY SLIP OR INCOME TAX RETURNS).
  5. ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL (IF AVAILABLE).
  6. PREVIOUS CLASS MARKSHEET.
  7. SC/ST CERTIFICATE (IF ANY).
  8. UNDERTAKING TO BE RETYPED ON RUPEES TEN STAMP PAPER AND SIGNED BY A NOTARY PUBLIC.

Admission formalities to be completed only after the payment of fees and the following documents must be submitted to the Junior School Office at 18/1, Royd Street between 19th to 22nd April, 2022 between 10:00 AM to 12 NOON (School is closed on Saturdays & Sundays).

  2. COPY OF RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.

The interview for the shortlisted candidates for Admission for classes 6-9 & class 11 for the academic session 2022-23 will be held on 13th April, 2022 in The Assembly of God Church School (125/1, Park Street). The candidate and the parents are requested to report 15 minutes before the allotted time.

 

PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL:

 

  1. A printout of the Application Form submitted online and the Acknowledgement Receipt.
  2. Attested photocopy of the candidate’s Municipal/ Corporation Birth Certificate.
  3. The Hospital or Nursing Home Birth Certificate.
  4. Baptism/Dedication Certificate (for category ‘A’ only).
  5. If the parent is an ex-AG student, an attested photocopy of the parent’s School Leaving Certificate, Mark Sheet and a copy of the Board Examination Results (X / XII).
  6. Proof of membership of AG Park Street Alumni Association (for Alumni only).
  7. Valid Photo Id of both the parent’s (Voter-Id / Adhaar Card / Driving License / Passport).
  8. Documentary proof of income of parents. (Photocopy of Salary certificate/ Salary slip (3months) /IT Return)
  9. Final exam report card of Class IX and X.
  10. Semester 1 Council report card & School report card (only for class 11)
