AGCS, Tollygunge aims to ensure that high standards of quality and professional service are maintained in the school, thus the staff of The AG School, Tollygunge undergo a comprehensive programme of induction and ongoing professional development.

The performance of all staff is subject to regular review and from this, further training needs are identified. Our ongoing programme of professional development ensures that the strategies, methods and resources used to reflect the standards of best practices from around the world.
