The interview for classes (Nursery to 11) Admission for the academic session 2024-25 will be held in The Assembly of God Church School (125/1, Park-Street) – Ground Floor. The candidate and the parents are requested to report 10 minutes before the allotted time.

 

PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL

  1. A printout of the Application Form submitted online and the E-Challan.
  2. Photocopy of the candidate’s Municipal/ Corporation Birth Certificate.
  3. The Hospital or Nursing Home Birth Certificate. (If available).
  4. Baptism/Dedication Certificate (for category ‘A’ only).
  5. Last Year’s Report Card
  6. Pre-board report card (class 11 only).
  7. If the parent is an ex-AG student, an attested photocopy of the parent’s School Leaving Certificate, Mark Sheet and a copy of the Board Examination Results (X / XII).
  8. Proof of membership of AG Park Street Alumni Association (for Alumni only).
  9. Documentary proof of income of parents.(Last year’s Income-Tax return/3-months’ Salary slip/ any other documentary proof of income)
  10. Identity proof of the parents. (Aadhar card & PAN card)

 

Kindly note that on the same day, candidates of classes 1-5 & 6-9 have to appear for a written test in English and Mathematics (based on the present class syllabus).

Holiday on 17-04-2024 (Wednesday)

School will be closed on Wednesday, 17th April 2024, as per the notification dated 09.03.24 from the Government of West Bengal.

*School will re-open for class 11 on 18-04-2024 (Thursday – Full day). Reporting time – 07:50 AM.

*Admission is subject to the requirement of CISCE criteria.

Fees to be paid online from 16.04.2024 (AFTER 05:00 PM) to 21.04.2024 (TILL 10:00 PM).

Steps to pay the fees online:

Step 1: Login to the payment portal: https://45.79.198.82:8443/hrclIRP/startup.do

Step 2: Enter the User code and Password you have used at the time of Registration.

Step 3: Select Student Console & then online payment of Fees.

After payment, kindly select the Student Console and then Generate Admission Form and Challan and keep a copy of the same for later reference.    

Admission formalities are to be completed only after the payment of fees and the following documents must be submitted to the Senior School Office at 125/1, Park Street by 30TH APRIL, 2024 between 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

  1. HARD COPY OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
  2. COPY OF RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.
  3. XEROX COPY OF K.M.C. BIRTH CERTIFICATE DULY ATTESTED BY ANY GAZETTED OFFICER.
  4. REPORT CARD OF LAST CLASS (PRE-BOARD).
  5. ADMIT CARD (CLASS 10).
  6. ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL. (IF AVAILABLE)
  7. BAPTISM / DEDICATION CERTIFICATE (FOR CAT ‘A’)
  8. INCOME PROOF OF BOTH PARENTS (LATEST SALARY SLIP OR INCOME TAX RETURNS).
  9. ONE-STAMP SIZE PHOTO OF THE CANDIDATE.

Senior Section (Books distribution – repeat counter)

As per the notice dated: – 23-03-2024, those who missed collecting their books during the designated time slots, please be informed that a repeat counter for all classes will be available on Saturday, the 6th of April, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the school campus in Park-Street.
